Sauron's Orcs
In January 2021 I started a new project - 10mm Copplestone Castings fantasy figures for a Lord of the Rings themed 'Hordes of the Things' collection. These figures are pretty small - 30 infantry fit on an 8cm x 4cm base (the photo at the bottom with 2p piece shows the scale). I wanted to make each unit pretty big since the figures are also quite quick to paint, and Hordes of the Things doesn't require many units per army to play. The first lot are Orcs from Mordor, painted with the eye of Sauron symbol on their shields.
